The NGO journey from bean to cup started back in early 1995. It was an effort to serve a truly international experience right into your neighborhood. Ever since we’ve grown to be a group of passionate people who not just want you to enjoy your coffee but have a great time with us.
We grew to become the favorite place for coffee lovers of all age groups wanting to spend some quality time while sipping on the coffee we serve.
Today, we continue serving the best coffee in town and have built a deeper coffee relationship with the people of Brooklyn and around.

Our white rhum is produced from freshly pressed sugar cane juice that is naturally fermented for seven to ten days.  The cane juice wash is then distilled in small batches, retaining the individual characteristics of its origins. The resulting spirit is stored in oak barrels for a short period so the full flavor of the sugarcane is still maintained and evident. Our white rhum is light, fresh and clean – ideal for making classic cocktails such as mojitos and daiquiris.

Our golden rums are made from muscovado sugar sourced from small growers across the Philippines. Muscovado, a type of unrefined sugar with a strong molasses content and flavor, gives our rums a deep, intense base. The fifteen day fermentation period develops even more flavor before the wash is distilled in our custom made copper pot still. The spirit is then stored in oak barrels, maturing quickly in the hot, humid tropical climate. Our golden rums are aged from twelve months to three years, producing a range of rums that can be used as the base for all your favorite cocktails..
